This fits above ground onto the FSM pipe. The plate on top of the pipe is unbolted and put to one side and this is then lined up with the bolt holes on the chamfer of the pipe. It has its own longer bolts which utilize the same holes. The PDRM82 (Geiger Counter) fitted onto the FSM Rod can be passed up the pipe from below ground and into the FSM Dome. This is an original. After stand down, most were destroyed but a few wound up being repainted a two tone yellow and used a traffic bollards. It survived and naturally required a re-spray when it was donated.
